An established Civil construction company is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Pretoria. If you have a solid background in residential buildings and mining civils projects, then this is the position for you.

Role requirements:

·       4-6 years’ experience in residential and mining civils experience.

·       BSc/ BTech Quantity Surveying

·       SACQSP registration is advantageous

·       Experience with CCS Candy and Buildsmart

Key responsibilities:

·       Compile Bills of Quantities

·       Assist with tender documentation preparation and submissions.

·       Compile construction contract documents

·       Perform cost analysis for various tasks

·       Perform risk analysis

·       Prepare detailed progress reports

·       Manage the daily work done on site.

·       Remain informed about health and safety regulations.
