TYPE OF CONTRACT : Fixed Term.

We are a leading organic pigment manufacturer specializing in high volume commodity and high-performance colorants to internationally required standards that are used in the printing ink, coatings and plastics industries worldwide

Responsibilities 

·         Will be required to work with the Quality Supervisor to derive the monthly and quarterly development plans. 

·         Test raw materials 

·         Develop methods for analysis 

·         Conducting experiments using proper lab equipment 

·         Preparing and testing solutions 

·         Analysing and reporting on test results 

·         Work with team leaders in the production plant to plan the QC testing of all the batches planned 

·         Timeous testing of production batches controls the production through stopping out of specification batches from continuing 

·         Production scaling up with the production team leaders to ensure smooth transfer of formulations 

·         Develop rework batches to move out of specification batches 

·         Control out of specification batches below 5%. 

·         Preparation of quality and Development reports. 

·         Preparation of COAs. 

·         Manage the entire quality control of the pigments. 

·         Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines
