We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Technician who has a solid foundation in IT support and a working knowledge of SQL to help maintain and support our systems, users, and data tools.

Required Skills

  • It: 4 to 5 years
  • Sql: 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

* Provide first-line IT support to internal staff

* Support internal teams with SQL-based queries,reports and data troubleshooting

* Perform basic SQL tasks such as data filtering and data exports

* Help maintain asses inventory 

* Contribute to system upgrades, backups and other tasks

* Assist with new IT developments and new systems

* Updating BI

 

  • Basic experience with SQL

  • Understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT field.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
