Clearing and forwarding company is seeking suitable candidate for a Sales Admin Assistant positon. Position based in Kempton Park, Gauteng.

The Sales Assistant must be able to perform the following specific functional responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients and scheduling of sales meetings with prospective clients
• Be able to answer basic questions regarding the company and our service offering
• Perform follow-up calls with prospective clients
• Participate in weekly sales alignment meetings

A Sales Assistant must have the following general skills:

• Be organized
• Keep a daily and weekly schedule of making phone calls, scheduling of meetings, and performing follow-ups
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, including:
  • Able to use outlook 
  • Able to compose a professional business email
  • Able to communicate effectively via telephone
  • Able to confirm telephonic discussion with follow up written emails

*This candidate will NOT be required to go to the sales meetings; they are merely responsible for scheduling the meetings and following up afterwards. (admin role to support the sales reps)
