Role Overview

The Data, Systems & Reporting Specialist plays a key role in supporting operational performance, business systems development, and commercial decision-making across the organisation. The role is ideal for a candidate with a background in financial or operational analysis and systems thinking—suited for individuals from either industrial engineering or accounting environments.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business unit managers and cross-functional teams to improve internal systems, refine reporting accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making. The role contributes to performance tracking, budgeting, tender modelling, and business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain operational, financial, and business systems.

• Build and enhance dashboards, data models, and reporting frameworks.

• Support tender development, project costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Assist in preparing feasibility studies, business cases, and commercial-technical proposals.

• Lead and support process automation and continuous improvement in reporting and workflow efficiency.

• Provide reliable data insights to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
