Job Summary:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our sales team as Entry Level Sales Agents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-focused mindset. This role will involve prospecting and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential customers through diect marketing and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies
