Candidate Requirements

• Invoice Processing:
  
  • Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Payment Management:
  
  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Record Keeping:
  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
  • Prepare monthly creditor reports.
• Communication:
  
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Min. 2 - 5 Finance experience required.
