Seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support the Transport/Logistics Director. 

Essential for the role ( you will NOT be considered if you do not have all of the following )

• Degree or diploma
• At least 5-10 years working experience as a Personal Executive Assistant
• Excellent job tenure
• Experience in fast forwarding/ freight forwarding/ logistics /maritime industries would be preferred
• Must own a vehicle

Experience in the following :

• Diary management and administration including compiling and collating important information and monthly reports.
• Meeting organisation
• Minute taking
• Preparation of presentations
• Assistance in drafting and reviewing contracts
• Travel arrangements 
• be able to put together board packs for meetings
• will be required to travel to other branches with Director on occasion (e.g. to Johannesburg offices or Cape Town Offices)
