Customer Service Representative (12-Month Call Centre Experience Required)
We’re looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic contact centre team. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from policyholders in a professional manner

• Process billing transactions, including payments and account adjustments

• Accurately interpret and respond to billing and technical inquiries
