- Lead and mentor a small team of technical support and pre-sales staff.
- Provide hands-on support and technical escalation on CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, and Fire systems.
- Assist sales teams with solution design and complex project proposals.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams and key customers.
- Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and integration of new products.
- Maintain strong vendor and installer relationships.
- Support IT/networking configuration for IP-based security systems.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a technical team setting.

- Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Fire Alarm systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize workloads.
- Clear communication and customer-facing experience.
- Bonus: Experience with security system design software, CAD, or quoting tools.
