A dynamic construction company based in Pretoria is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 2–4 years of experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities

·        Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control

·        Conduct site measurements and progress valuations

·        Assist with tender submissions and procurement

·        Prepare and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements

·        Handle monthly payment certificates and final accounts

·        Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients

Requirements:

·        BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying

·        2–4 years’ experience working on a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, corporate, residential, and industrial developments

·        Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software

·        Strong numerical and analytical skills

·        Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities

·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
