Our client, a well established business is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Portuguese, and have a strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand.
Candidate Requirements
Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel

Solid understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
