Join a manufacturing team as a Sales Coordinator based in Gauteng!

In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Industrial Sales team. Your expertise in maintaining accurate reporting, monitoring stock levels, and assisting in achieving sales targets will be key to your success. You will also play an essential role in streamlining processes between production, dispatch, and customer service to ensure smooth sales operations. Additional responsibilities include taking meeting minutes and ensuring product knowledge is consistently shared with customers.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 - 6 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. Proficiency in Syspro, Qlikview, and advanced Microsoft Office is beneficial. A Grade 12 qualification is required, and a tertiary qualification will be advantageous. Essential qualities include strong communication skills, being assertive and decisive, and demonstrating a high work ethic.
