Requirements:
- A National Diploma / Diploma (NQF 6) in Human Resources Management or
an equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA
- Minimum Three (3) years relevant working experience in Human Resources Administration and HR Records Management
- Knowledge and experience in HR Premier and Employee Self Service (ESS)
- Knowledge and experience in Basic Payroll Administration will be added advantage
The candidate must be competent in the following:

- Planning and Organising Skills
- Time Management Skills
- Ms Office Applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project)
Key responsibilities: The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Leave Administration
- Reports on HR Statistics Analysis and trends
- Reports on HR Statutory Compliance
- Reports on HR Risk Register
- Administration of Fringe Benefits (Pension Fund, Medical Aid, etc)
- Overall Records Administration and support to ensure HR Programmes and
- Processes are maintained, updated and customer focused
