- Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and Executive Director for projects, tenders, proposals, BBBEE updates, and supplier database registrations.
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments with existing clients, and coordinating internal meetings (including minute-taking).
- Organising team lunches, functions, travel, and accommodation as needed.
- Maintaining accurate tender documentation and client records in our electronic CRM system.
- Assisting with project plans, proposal writing, PowerPoint presentations, and tender completions.
- Ensuring a robust filing system to protect departmental records and statistics.
- Following up on project progress with consultants as required.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team’s success.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
