Employer: Outsource Retail
We seek to emply an energetic, people passionate person with a good admin flair to assist our Human Resources team in a factory environment of +/-2000 staff. Functions include:
1)basic training and restatement of work place rules and all Health and safety processes;
2) Administration of LEAVE
3)Completion of all Unempoloyment (UIF) documentation inclusive of those forms used for termination, registration, deaths and maternity documentation
4) Process and successfully conduct alcohol and drug tests
5) Assist in facilitating smooth staff movement at start and end of shiftsof health and safety and restatement of workplace rules to factory staff.
6)FAcilitate the efficient processing and investigation of IOD cases
7)Administer disciplinary interventions such as warnings
Required Skills
- Admin: 1 year or less
- Human Resource Support: 1 year or less
- Computer Ease: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
Be able to work shifts inclusive of night shift;
Be available to work weekends and public holidays;
Computer Literate;
Previous experience gained in supervising staff
Matriculation Certificate
HR qualification or completed internship advatageous
Good written English language
