With a refined and slick operation, we are now poised to drive our marketing. We’re looking for someone to join our team and enjoy learning about our customers, helping similar minds find SRSLY, and converting them into long-term happy customers. The opportunity for growth is incredible and will be led by intelligent Digital Marketing. We’re growing, launching campaigns weekly, and need a sharp, high-output Funnel and Conversion Specialist who can turn traffic into true believers. This is an immediate start for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and build landing pages, shape funnels, and sharpen our entire digital experience, working directly with the founder

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Landing Pages and Funnel Building
- Own the build and optimisation of high-performing landing pages for our ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Work with ConvertFlow to deploy dynamic, conditional funnels that match messaging to audience intent (for example diabetes, weight loss, menopause, gym goals)
- Create fast-turnaround pages using UGC, testimonials, influencer content, and smart copy
- Bring campaigns to life, quickly and effectively, no bottlenecks, no fluff
2. Funnel Strategy and Campaign Execution
- Collaborate directly with the founder to launch new funnel ideas and execute end-to-end journeys
- Build and improve lead gen flows, email capture points, upsell logic, and sales page journeys
- Use CRO principles to test, tweak, and continually boost conversion and revenue
3. Website Conversion and Homepage Relaunch
- Help reimagine the homepage and shopping experience on Shopify, making it cleaner, easier, and more transactional-focused
- Use PageFly, Shogun, or native Shopify tools to upgrade layout, navigation, and mobile UX
- Support ongoing efforts to optimise category and product pages for speed, clarity, and sales

- Landing pages and campaign funnels are always ready, high-converting, and on brand
- You’ve helped create a homepage and shopping experience that’s lean, fast, and frictionless
- You’ve systemised the page-building process so we can launch faster, test more, and win more
- Every click, every page, every element is driving real customer results and emotional connection
The Essentials
- Full-time, remote, ideally based in South Africa

Desired (But Not Essential)
- A real passion for AI, not as a lazy shortcut, but as a tool for creative acceleration
You’re comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar to brainstorm, build, and optimise pages at speed, while still applying a sharp eye for what’s actually good
- An interest in nutrition, health, or food-as-medicine
Bonus points if you have a nutritional qualification or some lived or professional experience in the space. The more you understand the context behind our customers' lives, for example diabetes, menopause, weight loss, blood sugar control, the more you’ll help shape the voice, message, and empathy of the brand

Candidate Requirements
Who You Are:
- Experienced with landing pages, funnel creation, and ecom flows, ideally in Shopify, PageFly, ConvertFlow, or similar
- You’re a builder and optimiser who thrives on measurable results (CVR, AOV, CTR)
- Great with content, you know how to use raw videos, testimonials, and assets to craft trust-building, persuasive journeys
- Comfortable working at pace, independently, and directly with a founder-led team
- Smart with structure, you know how to tell a story and move the customer through a journey step by step
- Bonus if you’ve worked in health, wellness, food brands, or DTC ecommerce environments
