As a Financial Planner you will learn to build your practice with the support and grooming of sales coaches and experienced planners as well as receive accredited training. You will balance new client development, sales activities, customer service and compliance with personal and professional growth and development. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Complete required program training and assignments, obtain mandatory industry licenses within prescribed timeframes, master assessments and meet minimum performance and production standards.

Meet production targets that impact overall company revenue goals.

Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Liberty tools and systems.

Develop a book of business consistent with Liberty’s standards.

Provide a high level of client service.

Manage the full scope of a client relationship by evaluating the client’s financial needs, investment opportunities, and insurance needs.

Develop client pipelines by prospecting, networking and engaging in initiatives.

Recommend financial solutions based on client needs.
