💰 Salary: R10,000 – R20,000 (Experience-Based) + Uncapped Commission

Are you a sales-driven go-getter with experience engaging international clients? Do you have a passion for outbound calls, prospecting, and booking high-value appointments? We’re looking for a Lead Generation Sales Specialist to join our growing team and support our expansion across the US and UK markets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive outbound lead generation efforts via calls, email, and LinkedIn

• Set qualified appointments

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects

• Collaborate with the sales team and report on lead activity

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of outbound sales or lead generation experience

• Prior exposure to international markets (especially US/UK) is a major advantage

• Previous experience in appointment setting, B2B outreach, or cold calling

• Strong communication, persuasion, and time management skills

• Comfortable working on-site in Sandton during 2 PM – 11 PM shift
