We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys translating business needs into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, enhance reporting capabilities, and optimise processes through data analysis and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Design and maintain dashboards and analytics solutions that enable self-service and data-driven decisions.

• Build and manage efficient data pipelines and views to meet evolving business needs.

• Extract and analyse data using SQL, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Evaluate and improve business processes through analysis, automation, and best practice recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years’ relevant experience in business analysis, business intelligence, data analytics or a similar field.

• Strong SQL skills (MS SQL, PostgreSQL or MySQL).

• Advanced Power BI capabilities (including DAX, Power Query, custom visuals).

• Proficiency in Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, VBA).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or similar data integration tools is beneficial.

• Experience engaging with cross-functional teams and presenting insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics or a related field (Honours preferred).

• CBAP or similar certification is advantageous.
