From BOQs to blueprints, you’ll coordinate complex commercial and industrial projects, ensuring every phase is executed with technical excellence and client satisfaction at the core. What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end HVAC project delivery, from planning to final sign-off
• Own the BOQ process, order materials, and manage cost variations
• Compile and submit claims and variation order approvals
• Liaise with engineers, clients, and site teams to ensure alignment
• Schedule work teams and manage labour allocation across projects
• Run site meetings, log site instructions, and monitor build progress
• Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and building standards
• Deliver O&M manuals and as-built documentation upon project completion
