- Procurement & Sourcing:
- Source reliable suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
- Request and evaluate quotations, proposals, and bids.
- Purchase goods and services in line with company policies and budget.
- Supplier Management:
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage contract compliance.
- Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
- Contract & Documentation:
- Prepare and review purchase orders and contracts.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of procurement records.
- Maintain accurate procurement databases and inventory records.
- Budget & Cost Control:
- Monitor and manage procurement budgets.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure procurement activities align with financial objectives.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
- Evaluate and mitigate procurement-related risks.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification with 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Literacy in Microsoft Excel / Word (Intermediate level)
- Experience in Microsoft Business Central - NAV (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong administrative skill with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills with a vibrant personality
- Own transport and driver’s license (Not negotiable)
