Seeking a Software Development Team Lead to drive innovation, ensure high-quality solutions, and oversee product development while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant Degree/Diploma in Computer Science
• 10+ years’ software development experience across the full project lifecycle
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Expertise in Java, Angular, React, Springboot, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure DevOps, Git
• Proficiency in full-stack development and database design (MySQL)
• Strong background in architectural design and software patterns
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate) are advantageous
• Experience with unit testing, CI/CD, and security compliance
