Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the short-term insurance industry.
- Proven experience in training, facilitation, or coaching within the insurance or financial services sector.

- Familiarity with FAIS, FICA, and other relevant industry compliance standards.
- Comfortable delivering training using digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage training timelines.
- Professional accreditation or facilitation certification is advantageous.
