HR Administrator (POS25131)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department.to join our international award-winning team.

Requirements:

·        Matric (Grade 12)

·        Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English

·        Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar administrative role

·        Tertiary qualification will be an advantage

·        Knowledge of HR functions and best practices

Job Duties:

·        Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality

·        Recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates

·        Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation

·        Support onboarding and offboarding processes

·        Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures

·        Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management

·        Excellent organizational and time-management skills

·        Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

·        Attention to detail and confidentiality
