Future Farms is a leader in climate-smart and sustainable agriculture, specializing in advanced hydroponic farming systems. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Hydroponic Construction & Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to the success of our farm builds and includes hands-on construction, irrigation setup, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble hydroponic tunnel structures (including steel/aluminum frames, shade netting, and plastic sheeting) - Welding skills neccissary

• Install and maintain irrigation systems, including drip lines, fertigation units, and tanks

• Perform basic electrical installations and troubleshooting for grow lights, pumps, and sensors (electrical experience is a strong advantage)

• Assist in transporting staff and equipment to various sites as needed (valid driver’s license required)

• Support the overall build process on farms, including physical setup, site prep, and layout according to plans

• Maintain a safe and organized worksite and report progress or issues to management
