We are partnering with a leading international renewable energy company to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor for their project site in Kathu, Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Conduct site progress measurements for payment certifications.

·       Assist with the commercial assessment of contracts and the alignment of bills of quantities.

·       Maintain a comprehensive contract register, tracking correspondence, variations, risks, and final account details.

·       Assist in the successful implementation of the operating system throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

·       B.Sc. QS (Hons)

·       Comprehensive knowledge of contract suites (FIDIC essential, NEC/GCC a bonus).

·       Understanding of EPC Contractors' scope, schedule, activities, and deliverables.

·       2+ years of experience of on-site QS activities on Construction Projects.

·       MS Office proficient.
