Job Overview:
We are expanding and seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Central
Marketing Function. This key role will focus on creating, implementing, project managing, and providing
day-to-day marketing support across our divisions. The Marketing Manager will be pivotal in ensuring
consistent and professional marketing and branding efforts, with a focus on achieving outcomes and
driving the pace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project manage marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational
goals
• Create and oversee marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters,
and promotional materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes
• Provide day-to-day marketing support to various divisions, addressing their unique needs and
objectives
• Manage and coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing projects
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective
marketing approaches
• Contribute to the overall marketing budget planning and management

Candidate Requirements
We're looking for clear expertise in social media management, email campaigns, content creation and design, brand guidelines and SEO to really help us with best practice and improve our marketing strategy.Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Exceptional eye for detail and excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premier Pro, Google Analytics,
Hootsuite, Mailchimp)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing,
SEO, and content marketing, particularly TikTok
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, dispersed team
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
