Our client is a dynamic and growing engineering consultancy with a strong presence in Cape Town. They are seeking a talented and motivated Revit/CAD Technical Modeler to join the team.

This role will involve working within a multidisciplinary team to prepare and deliver complex Revit/BIM models and associated AutoCAD engineering drawings. You will play a key role in implementing and refining BIM workflows to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and produce Revit models and AutoCAD drawings for various building services, including:

o   Wet-services and drainage

o   Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)

o   Fire and Life Safety

o   Electrical systems

·       Ensure the quality and accuracy of all models and drawings.

·       Contribute to BIM model setup and the creation of Revit families.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·       Mechanical Engineering qualification or proven equivalent experience

·       2-5 years of experience in MEP Building Services Revit/BIM modeling.

·       Experience with multi-disciplinary MEP projects is advantageous.

·       Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills.
