Duties & Responsibilities:

- Sell insurance telephonically to potential clients 

- Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets

- Ensure full compliance and maintain high quality standards 

- Participate in continuous training and development 

- Demonstrate leadership potential with growth into senior roles 

 

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum 25 years of age

- Grade 12 (Non-Negotiable)

- South African ID

- Must be able to travel to roodeport daily

- At least 1year experience in sales (non-negotiable) 

- Fluent in English

- Positive, target-driven attitude 

 

Package & Remuneration:

- Guaranteed commission of R2400

- Uncapped commission structure
