Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage and coordinate project teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
Track project progress, identify and manage risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing any deviations.
Facilitate effective communication and reporting to project stakeholders, including senior management.
Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices.
Coordinate with various departments, including operations, marketing, supply chain, and IT, to ensure project alignment.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
Monitor project outcomes and ensure successful implementation and handover.
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing effectively.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

Project Management: 4 to 5 years
Hospitality Industry: 3 to 4 years
Qsr: 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant project management certification is highly advantageous.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the QSR, retail, or hospitality sectors
Demonstrated success in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
