Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Senior Management Level - Exco experience
• Technical and Supply Chain mix is preferred by way of qualification and experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in procurement, including at least 5 years in
• senior management or leadership roles, preferably within the process industry.
• CIPS Level 6 (or MCIPS) or equivalent qualification is highly advantageous.
• An MBA would be an advantage.
• Proven expertise in negotiation, influencing, change management, coaching, and
• partnership-building, with relevant certifications.
• Extensive experience in executing tenders and a strong understanding of contract law.
• Technical/engineering qualifications and experience would be an advantage
