Rol Oorsig

Ons soek ‘n dinamiese en resultaatgedrewe Senior SaaS Verkoopspesialis met minstens 5 jaar se ondervinding in SaaS-verkope. Die ideale kandidaat is strategies, vaardig in konsultatiewe verkope, en kan komplekse verkoopsiklusse hanteer. Die rol behels die identifisering van nuwe sakegeleenthede, uitbreiding van kliënteverhoudings, en bydrae tot inkomste-groei.

Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:

• Ontwikkel en implementeer 'n strategiese verkoopsplan om inkomste te behaal.
• Benader potensiële kliënte deur netwerke, uitreik en navrae.
• Bou en onderhou sterk, langtermyn verhoudings met kliënte.
• Voer diepgaande behoeftesanalise en produk-aanbiedings uit.
• Onderhandel kontrakte en sluit transaksies af met middel- tot ondernemingsvlak kliënte.
• Werk saam met bemarking, kliëntediens en produkspanne om kliënttevredenheid te verseker.
• Bly op hoogte van industrie-neigings en die mededingende landskap.
• Gebruik CRM-gereedskap soos Salesforce of HubSpot om verkoopsaktiwiteite op te spoor.

Vereistes:

• Minimum van 5+ jaar ondervinding in SaaS-verkope, verkieslik in B2B of ondernemingsmarkte.
• Beproefde suksesrekord: Herhaalde oortref van verkoopsdoelwitte.
• Uitstekende verhoudingsbou en konsultatiewe verkoopsvaardighede.
• Sterk onderhandelings-, aanbieding- en kommunikasievermoë.
• Ervaring met lang verkoopsiklusse en komplekse kontrakte.
• Selfgedrewe, georganiseerd en effektief in ‘n vinnige werksomgewing.
• Ervaring met CRM en verkoopsinstrumente.
• Graad in besigheid, bemarking of verwante veld verkieslik.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior SaaS Sales professional with 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate is strategic, skilled in consultative selling, and able to manage complex sales cycles. This role involves identifying and closing new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet revenue goals.
• Identify and engage potential clients via networking, outreach, and inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with mid-to-enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Use CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in SaaS sales, preferably B2B mid-market or enterprise.
• Proven track record in exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with long sales cycles and complex deals.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and effective in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
