Sleutel Verantwoordelikhede:

• Lewer uitstekende kliëntediens deur kliënte se behoeftes te verstaan en die perfekte produkte aan te beveel.
• Bou en onderhou sterk verhoudings met kliënte om lojaliteit en herhalende besigheid aan te moedig.
• Bly op hoogte van produkkennis om kliënte doeltreffend en met selfvertroue te help.
• Bereik en oorskry konsekwent individuele en winkelverkoopsdoelwitte.
• Verseker dat die boetiek altyd skoon, georganiseerd en visueel aantreklik is.
• Bestuur merchandising en verseker dat produkte aantreklik uitgestal word.
• Hanteer verkooppunttransaksies akkuraat en doeltreffend.
• Help met voorraadbeheer, aanvulling en voorraadbestuur om gladde bedrywighede te verseker.
• Werk saam met spanlede om algehele winkeldoelwitte te bereik.

Vereistes:

• Bewese verkoops-ervaring in die modekleinhandelbedryf (minimum 1–2 jaar).
• Sterk interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede, met ’n professionele en toeganklike houding.
• Kliënt-gefokus, met ’n passie om onvergeetlike inkopie-ervarings te bied.
• Uitstekende probleemoplossings- en veelvuldige taakvermoëns.
• ’n Proaktiewe, positiewe en resultaatgedrewe houding.
• Hoë aandag aan detail en ’n verbintenis tot die instandhouding van winkelstandaarde.
