Sales Representative – Cleaning Services
Location: Century City, Cape Town
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: R23,000 – R25,000 (based on experience) + Commission & Incentives

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Representative with a solid background in the cleaning industry. This role is suited for someone with a proven track record in selling cleaning services and strong industry mileage.

Package Includes:

• Basic salary (based on experience) + commission and performance incentives
• Business-use fuel covered (candidate must have own vehicle)
• Airtime and data package provided (candidate must have own phone and laptop)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business and grow the client base
• Conduct site assessments and recommend suitable cleaning solutions
• Present services, prepare quotes, and close deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve sales targets and stay informed on industry trends

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling cleaning services
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and resilient
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
