Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:

• Verskaf telefoniese en elektroniese ondersteuning aan kliënte

• Hanteer navrae met geduld en professionaliteit

• Los probleme vinnig en effektief op

• Hou akkurate rekords van kliëntinteraksies en opvolgaksies

• Bou vertroue met kliënte deur konsekwente en betroubare diens

• Werk saam met ander afdelings om kliënte se ervaring te verbeter

Posvereistes:

• Matrieksertifikaat

• Uitstekende verbale en skriftelike kommunikasievaardighede

• Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels
  

• Sterk interpersoonlike vaardighede en kliëntgefokusde ingesteldheid

• Rekenaargeletterdheid 

• Vermoë om onder druk professioneel en kalm te bly

• Ervaring in kliëntediens of ’n verwante veld is ’n voordeel

• Eie vervoer en geldige bestuurslisensie

Job Requirements:

• Matric certificate

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English

• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude

• Computer literacy

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Experience in customer care or a related field is an advantage

• Own transport and a valid driver’s license
