We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Structural Engineer or Technologist to join their growing team. About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you'll split your time between the office—designing and planning key structural components—and the site, where you’ll provide hands-on technical support and ensure that designs are executed to perfection. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality commercial projects that stand the test of time.

Minimum Requirements:

·        BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or BTech in Structural Engineering

·        Professional registration with ECSA (or in the process)

·        Minimum of 5 years’ experience in structural design, with strong commercial project exposure

·        Proficient in Prokon, Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office

·        Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

·        Strong technical problem-solving skills and sound engineering judgement

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Physically fit and comfortable working both in the office and on site

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design and detail structural elements for commercial buildings in line with industry standards

·        Perform structural analysis using Prokon and other design tools

·        Prepare and review structural specifications that balance safety, cost, and sustainability

·        Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure alignment with design

·        Collaborate with architects, project managers, and the wider professional team throughout project lifecycles

·        Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report back to stakeholders

·        Perform Facility Condition Assessments and Structural Assessments
