Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Agent/Site Engineer looking to transition into a Managerial role. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of diverse construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

·        Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

·        Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Requirements:

·        A BSc Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.

·        Minimum of 9 years of experience in the Construction industry.

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior role within construction management and construction of large commercial and retail developments

·        Computer literate in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Projects.

·        Working knowledge of CCS planning and estimating programmes is essential.

·        Working knowledge of Construction Regulations, Building Contracts (JBCC/NEC), and Contract Specifications is essential.
