Salary; R15 000 p/m negotiable depending on experience

Our client is seeking a Junior Restaurant Manager to assist his 100-150 seater pub and grill type restaurant that will be opwing next year in the west rand.

Minimum Requirements

Own Vehicle and a valid driver's license

Candidates who stay in the West Rand and surrounding areas will be given preference

Strong communication skills

2 years minimum in a management role

5 years minimum working in a restaurant environment (pub/grill)

Understanding of how to set up and run a busy restaurant

Ability to work with and manage staff
