A leading and reputable accounting firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to lead its audit team. The successful candidate will oversee multiple audit teams and client portfolios, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and adding strategic value to client engagements. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple audit engagements from planning to completion

• Oversee the preparation and review of audit files and financial statements

• Ensure audits comply with relevant standards (IFRS, ISA, etc.)

• Lead, coach, and mentor audit teams to meet performance and development goals

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide value-added insights

• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements

• Ensure timeous delivery of audit reports and manage deadlines and budgets

• Stay up to date with legislative and regulatory changes affecting the audit environment
