Call Centre Training Team Leader

Our client is looking for an energetic and passionate Call Centre Training Team Leader  – Collections Department to educate, support, and train new agents within a debt collection environment. You will play a key role in transferring core values, procedures, and skills to new team members. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a natural inclination toward mentorship and development.

📍 Location: Pretoria
💰 Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and develop all new agents in a debt collection call centre

• Develop training materials such as digital presentations, manuals, and instructional videos

• Draft procedures and policies regarding sales techniques and appropriate conduct

• Schedule and facilitate training sessions on relevant call centre topics

• Provide refresher training to experienced employees on new procedures

• Monitor daily activities and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with team leaders and management for on-the-job training

• Measure the effectiveness of training sessions and keep track of progress reports

• Manage the training budget

• Ensure productivity and client satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12

• 2–3 years of experience in debt collection

• Good knowledge of systems and workflows

• Diploma in Education is advantageous

• Strong presentation and mentorship skills

• Good interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Jy sal ‘n sleutelrol speel in die oordra van kernwaardes, prosedures en vaardighede aan nuwe spanlede. Hoofverantwoordelikhede:

• Lei en ontwikkel alle nuwe agente in ‘n skuldinvorderings-oproepsentrum

• Ontwikkel opleidingsmateriaal soos digitale aanbiedings, handleidings en instruksievideo’s.

• Stel prosedures en beleide op rondom verkoopstegnieke en toepaslike gedrag.

• Reël en fasiliteer opleidingsessies oor relevante oproepsentrum onderwerpe.

• Bied opdateringsopleiding aan ervare werknemers vir nuwe prosedures.

• Monitor daaglikse aktiwiteite en identifiseer verbeteringsareas.

• Werk saam met spanleiers en bestuur vir opleiding op die werk.

• Meet die doeltreffendheid van opleidingsessies en hou vorderingsverslae by.

• Bestuur die opleidingsbegroting.

• Verseker produktiwiteit en kliëntetevredenheid.

Posvereistes:

• Graad 12

• 2-3 jaar ondervinding in skuldinvordering

• Goeie kennis van stelsels en werkvloeie

• Diploma in Onderwys is voordelig

• Sterk aanbiedings- en mentorskapsvaardighede

• Goeie interpersoonlike, kommunikasie- en konflikhanteringsvaardighede
