Candidate Requirements

Experience:

Graduate or Apprentice with a minimum of 2 years'of consulting experience

At least 2+ years spent at a recognised consulting organisation (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Oliver Wyman, etc.)

Completion of the firm’s full training programme

Achieved at least one promotion during tenure

Exposure to two or more industries and/or business domains

Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently

Skills:

Strong analytical, planning and project management skills

Sound understanding of business and commercial practices, including:

Management accounting

P&L and Balance Sheet structures

Financial planning and analysis

Budgeting and corporate reporting

Business case development, including NPV calculations

Knowledge of IT systems and business improvement tools

Experience across the full consulting project lifecycle

High-level communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision

Capable of liaising with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders
