Our client is looking for a strong, experienced Area Manager to lead multiple retail stores across the Western Cape. If you're a born leader with a passion for retail — this one's for you!
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Run and support daily store operations
Boost sales & keep costs in check
Ensure stores are clean, stocked & running smoothly
Manage staff, stock, cash & audits
Help hire, train & motivate teams
Deliver amazing customer service
Stay ahead of retail trends & spot growth opportunities
Required Skills
- Retail: 4 to 5 years
- Area Manager: 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
5+ years in store or area management
Computer savvy (MS Office)
Valid driver’s licence
Willing to travel (overnight trips included)
Confident leader & great problem-solver
