NDC Personnel & Contractors is on the hunt for a seasoned Cold Chain Manager Inbound to oversee the cold store operations at a leading FMCG/Agri company in the Western Cape!

This pivotal role demands a professional with an NQF Level 6 diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce, bolstered by at least 3 years of experience in cold store management.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the cold storage facilities, ensuring smooth operations, general maintenance, and strict compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Key responsibilities also include maintaining the exceptional quality of stored products and leading training initiatives for the team.

We’re looking for a confident decision-maker with a valid driver’s license and own transport, who is ready to step into a dynamic environment and drive operational excellence.
