Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, design, and implementation of partner sales enablement training programs globally. You will use data and design thinking to drive product enablement to customer facing teams including partner sales, customer experts and professional services. Your efforts will ensure proper partner landing that support business objectives and enable growth.
Job Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Training or Sales/Product Enablement and curriculum development
• Languages: Native English communication skills. Additional languages like German and/or French will be an advantage
• Skills: Ability to design, Record and implement product/ business learning programmes for sales organizations, including training for internal and external audiences.
• Autonomy: A proactive individual contributor capable of self-learning and executing complex projects independently.
• Market Expertise: Experience in data protection, security compliance, IT audits or cybersecurity is an advantage.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with training development tools and a structured, process-oriented approach to managing training programs.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a sales training programme for our industry partners (ex: Software Resellers, Distributors etc.).
• Leverage innovative learning methodologies, such as e-learning, blended learning and experiential learning
• Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and monitor the impact of learning efforts on partner performance and engagement.
