Join a leading African debt fund manager to support the full lifecycle of mezzanine investment transactions. This role encompasses the origination, structuring, and execution of deals, including detailed financial modeling, comprehensive due diligence, and ongoing portfolio management. You will contribute to investment committee papers, review legal agreements, and provide valuations of portfolio companies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with exceptional academic record (70%+ average).
• Postgraduate degree, MBA, CFA (Level 1+), or CA (SA) preferred.
• 2-3 years relevant experience in leveraged finance, mezzanine debt, private equity, or mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong financial modeling proficiency, particularly in debt/lending contexts.
