📌 Administratiewe Klerk
- Sterk Excel-vaardighede – insluitend formules, datamanipulasie en sigblaaibestuur.
- Uitstekende verbale en geskrewe kommunikasievaardighede.
- Akkurate en vinnige tikvermoë vir doeltreffende dokumentasie.
- Vermoë om onder druk te presteer en verskeie take gelyktydig te hanteer.
- Vorige ervaring in ’n administratiewe rol is voordelig, maar nie verpligtend nie.
📌 Data Invoerder
- Gevorderde ervaring met Microsoft Excel (formules, datamanipulasie en sigblaaibestuur).
- Soliede begrip van syfers en akkuraatheid in data-invoer en verwerking.
- Uitsonderlike aandag aan detail en die vermoë om hoë volumes data foutloos te hanteer.
- Vorige ervaring in data-invoer of ’n soortgelyke rol is verkieslik.
📌 Werkswinkel Administrateur
- Vorige ervaring as ’n partekoper vir vragmotor- en bakkieparte is noodsaaklik.
- Vaardig in rekenaarstelsels vir jobkaartbestuur, voorraadopsporing en algemene administrasie.
- Akkurate voorraadhantering en verwerking van jobkaarte.
- Sterk organisasie- en multitasking vermoë om ‘n vinnige werkswinkelomgewing te ondersteun.
📌 Ontvangsdame
- Vorige ervaring as ontvangsdame is voordelig.
- Uitstekende telefoniese kommunikasie- en kliëntediensvaardighede.
- Vaardigheid in Microsoft Word en algemene administrasie.
- Sterk organisasievaardighede en die vermoë om onder druk te werk.

Available Positions & Requirements:
📌 Administrative Clerk
- Strong Excel skills – including formulas, data manipulation, and spreadsheet management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate and fast typing ability for efficient documentation.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not required.
📌 Data Capturer
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation, and spreadsheet management).
- Solid numerical understanding and accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle high volumes of data error-free.
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
📌 Workshop Administrator
- Previous experience as a parts buyer for truck and bakkie parts is essential.
- Proficiency in computer systems for job card management, stock tracking, and general administration.
- Accurate stock management and job card processing.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to support a fast-paced workshop environment.
📌 Receptionist
- Previous experience as a receptionist is beneficial.
- Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general administration.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
