Electrical Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

●Supervise and coordinate electrical teams in the water and waste water treatment industry.
●Oversee and support electrical contractors and teams on allocated projects.
●Responsible for electrical inspections and proving solutions to fault list findings.
●Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
●Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
●Assist and guide planning for electrical work and materials.
●Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions.
●Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades.
●Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety regulations.
●Train and mentor electrical workers.
●Maintain project documentation and reports.
●Design electrical solutions and panels suited to for the water and waste water treatment plants.
●Ensure electrical safety and enforce lockout procedures.
●Collaborate with different trade teams on site and work closely together to achieve the required results.
●Work in a professional manner and in doing so setting an example to your subordinates.
●Perform Stand-by duties as per roster.
