Shared Service / Transactional /Accounting / Bookkeeping
Ensure accurate and timeous bookkeeping of accounts to enable various company stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Timely circulation of invoices for approval and processing approved invoices in accordance with company policies.
Debtors, Creditors, Cash
Efficiently and accurately process large amounts of creditors invoices, adjustment journals, recharges and company allocations.
Budget & Internal Reporting
Participate in the bi-annual budget process, specifically providing inputs to overhead-budgeting for the period.
This will require collecting inputs from other departments, analysing the requirement of the spend and forming a view of whether expense is required.
Banking
In depth understanding and ownership of processes which include (approval limits, matrixes and cost centres) to ensure complete, accurate and valid transactions are processed.
Audits & Financial Statements
Assist with audit related queries during the audit process in an efficient and professional manner.
