As a Retail Sales Assistant, your primary role will be to:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively close sales
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently address customer needs ( Training will be provided)
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assisting with store and inventory management i.e. Cash Ups and Stock Takes etc
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in promotional activities and store events to attract and retain customers.
Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in retail or customer service
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about sales.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Works well in a team-oriented environment.
- Is flexible and able to work retail hours which includes weekends, holidays.
- Is available immediately
