As a Retail Sales Assistant, your primary role will be to:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively close sales
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently address customer needs ( Training will be provided)
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assisting with store and inventory management i.e. Cash Ups and Stock Takes etc
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in promotional activities and store events to attract and retain customers.
